Preparing Your Application
The preparation of your application is a critical stage in becoming an exchange student at ESG UQAM. Given the complexity of the details involved in completing your application, we suggest that you proceed as follows :
1. Contact the international relations service of your home institution to see if it is a partner of ESG UQAM, through a bilateral agreement with ESG UQAM or the dual degree program, or through an NSE or CREPUQ agreement, and determine whether you meet your institution’s eligibility criteria for the exchange program :
2. Your home institution selects you to participate in an exchange at ESG UQAM.
3. Prepare your application (some additional documents may be required) :
- A copy of your individual record of civil status or your birth certificate (required by the Government of Quebec);
- The ESG Candidacy for an Exchange form (in french, in english) completed online and printed;
